Dr Catriona Wallace has been recognised by the Australian Financial Review as the Most Influential Woman in Business & Entrepreneurship (2018). Catriona has also achieved Advance Australia’s highest award in Technology & Innovation for Australians working abroad and recently won the FinTech Leader and Overall Excellence in Finance award by Women in Finance (2018). Catriona has been named among the Top 9 Female Entrepreneurs by the Sydney Morning Herald and Top 30 Women redefining business by Womens’ Agenda.
Based in the US and Australia, Catriona is the Founder and CEO of Artificial Intelligence FinTech and ASX Listed company (ASX:FGO) Flamingo Ai, provider of Machine Learning based Cognitive Virtual Assistant technologies. Flamingo Ai is the second only woman led (CEO & Chair) business ever to list on the Australian Stock Exchange.
Catriona has a PhD in Organizational Behaviour: Human Technology Interaction and is a well published author and commentator. Catriona is one of the world’s most cited experts on the Artificial Intelligence, Customer Experience, Ethics & Human Rights in technology and Women in Leadership.
Catriona is also a philanthropist, human rights activist and mother of five.
Olivier Cauderlier has proven success in growing and transforming SaaS and digitally-enabled business models, experienced across Asia Pacific, Europe and North Africa.
He blends technical knowledge, enterprise sales expertise, customer experience focus, people-oriented leadership as well as strategic vision clarity. His work philosophy lies in creating high-performance digitally-enabled businesses with outstanding customer-centric culture and brand performance.
Olivier offers a track record in defining and executing greenfield strategies and channel programs that directly impact top and bottom-line results.
Olivier was previously Chief Operating Officer and Chief Product Officer at the Australian Start-up ipSCAPE. Prior to ipSCAPE, he was part of the mass media multinational company, Bertelsmann.
A highly experienced marketing and ad tech CFO/Director & senior executive with more than 20 years experience in managing organisations through both strong growth and challenging economic periods.
Geoff has considerable experience with growth companies to help achieve their corporate objectives by applying experience in the areas of strategy and corporate aptitude.
Extensively networked and experienced in managing IPO’s, M&A, debt advisory, performance improvement, business planning, financial management, investor relation and treasury.
Aside from being a published expert, Dr. Jack Elliot is internationally and academically recognized for large-scale, natural language processing and linguistics. His key contributions to a number of fields includes the confirmation of a work of William Shakespeare previously unknown.
Jack has a software engineering career in the banking and financial sectors spanning 15 years and three continents. He leverages his academic expertise to drive the deployment of text processing algorithms on a massive scale to provide intelligent and native insight on the Flamingo platform.
John Murray has 25 years’ international experience in private equity and venture capital and was a co-founder and Managing Partner of Technology Venture Partners in 1997; one of the original and leading venture capital firms in Australia. John is a past chairman of the Australian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association.
John has considerable experience as an investor and a non-executive director of high growth, technology-based companies which are expanding into international markets. He possesses a broad understanding of global trends in technology and their impact on a variety of industries including financial services.
He also brings 12 years’ experience in executive roles in corporate banking, accounting and IT services industries. He is currently non-executive Chairman of ASX-listed PainChek Ltd, which has developed an AI based pain assessment technology for global markets.
John Murray is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has an Honours degree in Law from Edinburgh University.

Peter Lloyd joins the Board as a Non-Executive Director. Mr Lloyd is a highly experienced Technologist and Board Director. Mr Lloyd is currently a Non-Executive Director (since 2010) with Integrated Research Limited (ASX:IRI), one of Australia’s most high profile ASX 300 technology companies with a market cap of $664m, and of Taggle Systems Pty Ltd, a privately held technology company that utilises patented Low Power Wide Area Networking technology in the water management industry. Previous Directorships include Limehouse Creative and Transacumen Pty Ltd.
Having worked extensively in Australia, the US and Asia Pacific, Mr Lloyd has previously held roles as Chief Operating Officer for payments switching platform provider, Distra Pty Ltd, Asia Pacific Regional Manager for Faster payments provider VocaLink Inc, Asia Pacific Regional Director Efunds International Inc, and Senior VP (Americas) for Dynasty Technologies.
Mr Lloyd brings to the Flamingo AI Board strong experience in technology strategy, operationalisation and commercialisation. Additionally, Mr Lloyd is an experienced Director of technology companies.
Mr Lewis is a principal and joint founder of corporate advisory firm SmallCap Corporate which specializes in corporate advice and compliance administration to public companies. He is also a member of Chartered Secretaries Australia.
Bob was the Founder of confirm.io, an AI biometric identification verification company, which recently exited to Facebook. In his career, Bob has sourced and/or led investments in over 30 companies, representing over $300 million in invested capital.
Bob co-founded EveryScreen Media, an advertising technology and data science company and a Cava Studio project, and served as President and CEO until 2013 when the company merged with Media6 Degrees to form Dstillery. Bob has been an active angel investor and serves or has served on the Board of Directors or advisory boards of over 20 internet, mobile and digital media companies.
